Done!

No time to post, but...
She's done! They've harvested all that they need. They're taking out her Meherker (sp?) catheter (what they run the blood through) today and doing other stuff.

In a later post:
* Next steps
* Chemo
* The Brainiacs? Team Serry? Let's keep everyone guessing for now. :)

Way to go girlfriend. Whew! Now onward you go marching and like magic you will be done.
When you get back to Moscow I will invite you to join me and the Chemo Chicks for an evening of good conversation, laughter, and tears. We always eat out somewhere fun and cocktails are allowed.
Peace be with you.

Congratulations,Serry! I'm still sending cheery/positive thoughts/prayers you're way.
I miss you! I'm not in Todd Hall much anymore. I graduated this last December. Now I'm within your elite group. :)

Hi there. I haven't got all the way through your blog yet, but I'm getting there! My husband was the one diagnosed with Medulloblastoma 10 years ago. Anyway, keep on keepin' on. Its such a battle and long journey, but don't be tempted to take short cuts. When we were told my husband would be in chemo for over a year it seemed like an eternity and I was jealous of a family that the dad had medulloblastoma but was only being told to do radiation. Now---10 years later, my husband is still cancer free but the family who only did radiation has had the cancer return---and I haven't heard from them in a very long time, I'm afraid they did not have a good outcome.
It seems like forever when you are in the middle of it, but looking back now I can see it was such a small blip in the whole big picture.
Looking forward to reading back in the blog to get the whole story.
If I can find your email on here I will email you privately so we can talk if you'd like.

Lots of prayers!

I had the funniest dream about you this morning...

I was outside your mom's house, hanging out and singing. (Yeah. I know.) But it was a BEAUTIFUL day, and the front door was open, but instead of the family room being in the back like it is, it was in the front by the front door, and you and Grace and Gentry (who was a mix of the pics I've seen lately on here and the 5 year old that I remember) heard me and invited me in.

Somehow it got brought up that we should go riding, and some random neighbors that don't exist were looking for someone to work their horses. We were it! I woke up as we were making plans as to which trail we were going to go on, based on the merits of the waterfalls we'd see.

LOL

So, yeah, been thinking about you a lot!
